antdg
Hi I have spent a little time making a dawn dusk LED lit spinner. What I am doing involves a small program on an ATtiny microcontroller. The LED lights the spinner all the time, once the spinner is hit with a pellet the spinner switches a micro switch which then tell the microcontroller to turn the LED off for 10 / 15 secs. Once the switch has been switched I can program the microcontroller to do anything with the LED. I have used several colours of LED Green, White, Blue, Yellow, Red and Infrared (one at once). This has been a project I have been working on for my own use and not to make profit out of. I will post a short video sometime this week (if any wants to see it). If there is any interest I can post all the circuits diagram ect. Thanks Antdg
antdg
Here is a quick video I took while testing the circuit works and how it looked mounted in the spinner housing. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nigxbEtbhwY I pressed the microswitch twice. I think its timed for about 15 seconds but that can be changed for any time delay. Edited December 9, 2012 by antdg
