I bought this in Apr 12 but have recently purchased a wee project. I replaced the plastic shroud with a metal one but other than that and being screw cut (1/2" UNF) it’s as standard. Barrel has slight swirly marks on blueing from putting moderator on but cannot be seen when the mod is on anyway. Mod has a small scratch where small amount of paint is missing on side but not really noticeable. Has always been wiped down and given a light oil after use and mod removed when stored. I have fired approx 118rounds through it and it was pretty much as new when I bought it and I have only used factory ammo, seems to love Hornaday Superformance Varmint and they certainly have done the job very efficiently.
