Had to share a quick post...............

 

We had Buckets full of unrippened Toms last year with the lack of Sun.

Ended up with a mix of an old recipe of Tom Chutney, mixed with a River Cottage spin.

 

Apprehensive with the Pickle with the Pigeon, ,But WOW.

Perfect with steamed seasonal fresh veg.
