Learn How to Skin & Butcher A Deer Carcass including Meat Hamper.

My Skinning and Butchery venison course for Sunday 9th March is fully booked now.

But I have to remove some more large red stags from a park in Gloucester in March/April and wish to offer 3/4 people the opportunity to learn how to skin and butcher a whole deer carcass and each person will receive butchered and packed meet hamper to take home that they have done them selves within the day.

 

I will proved you with red deer carcasses to work on.

 

You will learn how to...

Skin a deer under my supervision.

Brake the carcass down into it's primary pieces.

Butcher the animal into its various steaks, joints and diced

Burger making.

Sausage making.

Maximise a deer carcass.

 

I will provide knives and safety gloves along with tea and coffee.

It day will be held out side of Melton Leicestershire at 8am start.

You will need to bring some lunch.

 

Date to be set but a weekend.

 

The cost of the day will be £160

This will include butchered meat pack to take home.

A haunch joint

Loin steak

Haunch steak

Diced

Venison burgers

Sausage

Liver

kidney

 

I normally do this day with a roe deer but I only have reds at moment.
