Steveco36
Just got a couple of the 3 piece fibre glass JP floater poles, cheap enough but thought I'd give them a go in the garden to see what they are like and found out once you place a decoy on the last pole section the whole thing slips upside down! There is no locking mech for the poles together BUT if you place the "straight pole" into the ground spike tube first then use the "angled" pole to sit the Deek on then all seems fine but totally reverse to what it's meant to be according to JP. Not a big deal any of this but as these poles are meant to move with the wind, by using the top pole in the ground tube eventually I can see the fibre glass getting cut by being constantly being rubbed against the ground tube! Just curious if anyone else has found these to be a problem, like I say it's no big deal as got a couple of A1 poles so my cheap deal on the JP ones were only "extras" really I just liked the idea of them moving on their own in th wind!
