skinner Posted November 17, 2006 Report Share Posted November 17, 2006 right chaps i have got a few quotes for .223 CZ varmint the best one i found was 470 for the rifle 170 for t8 and 40 quid for factory screw cut,i don't no why so cheap for screw cut?does this sound iffy?. also i don't no what twist rate i need, it will be just for fox's so what bullet weight would be the most accurate.just one more thing can someone please explain what proof means.they didn't mention anything about proof at the shop.your view's much appreciated . Meaning the gun comes already threaded from the factory i.e. doesn't have to go to a local machine shop or gunsmith. That's why it's cheaper than getting it done afterwards.
