wannabe_keeper
I have just finished the book: 'Come dawn come dusk - 50 years in Gamekeeping' by Norman Mursell. The book reveals the historic days of gamekeeping pre war and details Mr. Mursells start on the Eaton estate as hired help aged 14 and how he workes his way up to was gamekeeper over 50 years of service to the Dukes of Westminster and meeting the likes of Winston Chuchill along the way. A great read for anyone with gamekeeping interests.
