Thedeerman
Hi I've just started feeding a pond I have access to to encourage more ducks. I'm using barley at the moment but may have access to some potatoes. I can also get some pumpkins left over from Halloween that are just left going soft. Quite a lot of them! Would the ducks eat these?
ColinF
Ducks like potatoes, but they have to be softened up by a frost or two first. As the weather is mild, you could freeze them before you feed them to the ducks. I haven't heard of ducks eating pumpkins, but I would try breaking a few up and leaving them around the pond to find out.
