scorpiondan
Hi everyone, I am looking for a little help if its possible, I recently decided to convert from a springer to a pcp at the same time as moving home, the dilemma I have is my gardens far to small, I just wanted to know if there is any local land owners out there who would be willing to let me clear there land for them in the local area, of any unwanted Vermin? I am in the process of sorting out insurance and I also have all the related equipment, anyone with any help would be much appreciated, danny
Gunnerbob
Best way forward is the old knocking on doors method...visit farmers, golf courses etc in your area and offer your services. Be prepared for many knock-backs but persistence will eventually pay off hopefully....
camski
Hi Danny I go with what gunnerbob has just said , I was looking and asking for shooting permission in Norfolk, tried several things advertising in local village mag, newsagents, shops, then I went door knocking , visiting farmers , few tips for ya, dress smart, be polite, must have insurance, talk to farmer or landowner about what he want shooting , also good to offer help or services if your a tradesman, sounds silly I know but by doing exactly this I now have 3 permissions , 75 acres, 25 acres and a 10 acre shoots, good luck mate , stick with it , it will pay off Paul ,
