spready
Ive got an Investarm 20g Hushpower , just wondered if any of you with the same gun has the same problem as me. The trigger guard is abit lose with abit of slop in it. I took the stock away from the action but can see anyway of tighting it up, seems to be just two pins holding it place? any ideas would be great. Its not unsafe at all, just annoying to have a trigger guard with abit of slop in it.......
brett1985
if you use a punch to knock out the two retaining pins, and then remove the trigger guard, you will probably find that the two holes have gone slightly oval. your main objective, should you choose to do it yourself, is to make the holes smaller so the pins fit snugly when they are refitted. this in turn will remove any play. i had to do it to my mums investarm last year, worked a treat. took about 20 mins start to finish. i used a punch to drive some material back towards the holes, and then flattend up again with a vice. best of luck! brett Edited January 28, 2014 by brett1985
