Chris Bb
When we moved clay grounds we had to make sure all the shot landed in the perimeters of the land we had rights to shoot on Police came out and measured this as part of our section 11c certificate That's interesting. Most of the clay shoots I go to have both clays and shot landing all over the adjacent fields. Presumably that is allowed for in the rent paid to the landowner for the shooting ground (field/wood that we all traipse around). Your requirement will increase the acreage required considerably. Also, in strong winds, who can guarantee that no shot whatsoever will cross a boundary?
