Brand new these units are £190+. They have built in USB or use the cigarette socket to charge phones etc. See video of the unit here. These are great for Fishing, shooting , camping as can charge Ipads, laptops, Iphones. Ipod, android phones etc. I have two larger version ones now and these two are for sale. 4 months old. charge fine and hold charge for months.
