Description

Charles Ingram are one of Scotland’s oldest shotgun makers setting up business in Glasgow in 1831. This 12 bore side by side hammerless shotgun is a traditional design based on an inscribed Anson and Deeley patent. The action is tight and crisp with arcaded fences and engraved with scrolls and the makers name in a banner. The 14 ¾â€ (inc wooden ext) straight hand stock has a good figuring to the walnut and all the chequering is crisp. The 26” barrels are replacements by H Adkin &sons and inscribed on the concave rib. The bores are in perfect condition.

If you like Scottish guns, want a piece of our gunmaking history or are called Ingram this is a bargain for you at £195

I have about 25 of these provincial guns by various English and Scottish makers as well as a vast range of imports. Phone on 01582 768617 or text on 07453506500 rather than email.
