Sort of edited this recipe a bit as I had loads of pigeon to use and some similar but different ingredients. http://www.shootinguk.co.uk/recipes/pigeon/cheaters-pigeon-cassoulet-9092 Worked really well and I was very happy with it. Followed the same method as the one in the link.
