Gun Watch
AGS Schofield CO2 .177 Pellet Revolver 6" Black Aged Finish with Wood effect Grip £159.99 .177 Air Pistol Trade Seller New Weston-super-Mare, Somerset Description The Schofield is a replica of S&W’s Schofield revolver. The Schofield was created from a Smith & Wesson New Model Number 3 revolver by Major George W. Schofield of the 10th cavalry. The major modification involved moving the barrel latch of this top-break revolver from the barrel to the frame of the gun, allowing the barrel to be broken open with one hand. Cavalry troops have to control horses, along with all their other duties as soldiers, so they want everything they use guns, sabers, etc. to work one-handed. With its full metal construction a good weight and and a full working action this pistol is perfect for any shooter who is a fan of the wild west style, as well as collectors. This pistol is not just a display piece though as it shoots as good as it looks thanks to the quality internals.
