I used resin with studs, the theory being that if I want to move the cabinet all I have to do is undo the nuts within the cabinet and gently ease the cabinet off the studs. The studs will be in the wall (thermalite) for good but at least I will be able to move the cabinet should I want to and just take an angle grinder over the studs to cut them flush with the wall.
