Dudleyshooter1
I was granted my first ever SGC in Feb this year, I disclosed all convictions on the application namely driving without insurance and a fraud conviction for which I completed community service. I've since also joined my local shooting/rifle club, Ive completed the probation period and applied for my FAC 2 weeks ago. All going well. Out of nowhere armed police turn up to my door last night, they were polite enough, informed me that my SGC had been revoked under section 30c of the firearms act 1968 and they seized my shotguns which I duly handed over. I have not been arrested or been involved in any criminal activity during this time and my medical records are also clear. I am a BASC member and will be contacting them for advice in due course. Do any members here have any experience or knowledge about this kind of issue and what may be done, Thanks
