Sundowner
I can't shoot them !!! They sitting in the wrong fields where I haven't got permission !!! Part of the problem is that all crops coming up now are mainly barley and wheat, no self respecting member of the Columba Palumbus family is hitting those this time of the year, no matter what deeks I put out !!!! ANd I am in such need of ........................... a pigeon fix !!!!!!
Keith
Try going out just as it's getting dark and shoot as they come into roost or are roosting. I got three pigeons and a pheasant in an hour last night in the wooded areas on my permission. Like with you, there aren't flocks or even small groups on the crops at the moment. So I go into the woods to find them in the trees or roust them out.
Guest The Outlaw
You have to be careful roost shooting because our little owls dont like it up em. Tony
