I do not have any contacts for land, but my plan would be for a small rough shoot with the emphasis on good sport and a gourmet lunch! I am all for small bags for the pot rather than 200 bird days.... If anyone is like minded please contact me. I personally am willing to put man hours and can offer building skills as well as good lunches. I have always dreamed of having a small rough shoot with luxury lunch hut....
