countrybumpkin
Picked up the Z6 and 22-250 VSSFII/T8 early this week. Its GR8, scope is extremely clear even as daylight is fading. Also purchased a CZ 452 16" varmint 17 HMR with 8*56 S&B. Its a dream for carrying around and proving to be a very accurate piece of kit for rabbit. Thanks for all of the advice - well pleased with the kit. Just need to sort out a lamp for foxing. A guy at the range recommended the SL170, as the Blitz is too bright. Any views? Cheapest SL170 I can find new is about £55. What about battery pack, is it best/cheaper just to source your own from electrical hardware store, rather than paying a premium from gun dealer? tulkyuk
The Lightforce 170 is the one and only lamp worth buying. - if you intend going out alone quite a bit, buy a scope mounted 1 and if the buget will stretch to it, buy the variable power one.
