Rifle & Pistol Clubs In The Scottish Borders

Not really sure if this is in the right section but I couldn't find

any other place.

I'm wondering if anyone here regularly attends a rifle or pistol

club in these areas?

I'm looking to join a club on an occasional basis for general

shooting practice and sight zeroing etc.

I know there was a pistol club in Langshaw just outside Galashiels

but it was tiny.

I heard there was also one in Pathhead which is just outside

Dalkeith but cant find any information online about it.

I know there is one just off the A68 near Soutra but I'm sure

it's only used by the police, I think it used to be used by the army.

I'm not wanting to join to enter competitions or anything, just

for general plinking around.
