We've decided to drive this time, to see a bit more of the place from ground level. In the town where we stay is a lovely little gun/fishing shop and I've always noticed that the shotguns are well priced. Has anybody ever bought a shotty out there (or anywhere else)? What is the procedure? Any problems bringing them back - Customs/Police/Ferry operators etc? Obviously any gun I buy will be for my own collection, but could there be problems if I decided to sell it e.g import duties and what if I need work doing on it in the future, will it be a "grey import" and therefore rejected by British gunsmiths.
