vole
You need...Some Vermicelli or rice noodles, cooked as per instructions. Splash of Sesame oil plus veg oil. Green peppers. Onion. Mushrooms. Baby sweetcorn. Beansprouts.Broccoli florets. Whatever you like but chopped big so they stay crunchy. 2 garlic cloves. Chopped fresh ginger, size of half a finger.Light soy sauce.Oyster sauce. Couple chicken breasts. Heat your wok and add veg oil.Put in diced chicken breast until cooked on outside. Then add the garlic and ginger and splash of light Soy. Fry for couple more minutes.Dont burn the garlic. Chuck in the veg, basically whatever you like. Avoid the supermarket pre prepared stuff as it is too finely cut.Fry until the veg is softer but still crunchy. Add the sesame oil (it makes all the difference,it is worth it). Add big dollop of Oyster sauce and stir for 2 minutes. Stir in the noodles till coated in sauce. Serve up. This is nice in pitta bread, cold next day. If you like chilli, then add some in whatever shape or form you like.
