Tuning a BSA Lightning XL

Hi gentlemen.....and ladies

I have got a BSA Lightning XL .22 and thanks to lightningxlDAZ suggested a bit of a tune would do the rifle the world of good!?

The rifle is a little springy and got it tested and its shooting at 10.25 ft lb's at the max.....the gun makers said he would not alter the spring etc as he thinks that is ample and altering it would take it over 12 ft lb's?? .

I was not looking for loads more power just less springy and noisy.....

So now looking for someone who does this and how much it costs? I would rather a shop of someone with heaps of experience? Anyone know of anyone?
