james w Posted August 5, 2009 Report Share Posted August 5, 2009 dose anyone know of any farmers or land owners in south east Essex who would be willing to let a 14 year old shoot vermin on his/her land i will be using a .22 air rifle and some times my friend will come along ,he's 27 or should we just go door knocking? we don't have insurance though we are both sensible and mature and we will only kill what we can eat accept for rats in barns etc. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
BIGDAN Posted August 5, 2009 Report Share Posted August 5, 2009 theres no way any one will let you go on their land without insurance. join basc and get knocking!! always look smart, dont take your rifle with you and make sure you have your insurance documents with you. also be polite !! ask if you can leave your nuimber too. just because they say no now doesnt mean they will the next time you ask. the very best off luck, and be persistant.
