I disposed of the rifle a few years ago but kept the stock etc. Yes, it was a semi auto but I honestly thought it was a 1415/16 model. There was nothing on my FAC to say what model it was.

Check your post from  may 9th 2021   Anschutz semi auto  in  Guns   and equipment  , hopefully that may help to clear things up

  2. Think this was introduced in   the uk in 76 by the then Government so catering to the minorities ls not a new thing

If you ride a motorcycle on the road in the UK, by law you have to wear an approved crash helmet. Unless, that is, you're a member of the Sikh religion, in which case you're exempt—provided you wear a turban. If however you're not a practicing Sikh, like other motorcyclists you must wear a crash helmet.

I think you ought to man up and at least fill in your location.

Granted at least the Welsh see through the trees and know where their bread is buttered.

Your last sentence is insulting sir.

You are the sort who doesn't like home truths. Bitter and twisted. Typical Scot empathizer who dishes it up and doesn't appreciate southern retaliation.

Put your cards on the table.

What a sad post , almost had me crying

  4. It will never stop till the police  are taken out of the  investigation  of the police, remember most wear the desecrated   (charity )union flag as the thin blue line gang badge for fallen officers and dependants  ,no badge is worn for the members of the public killed by the police

I couldn't watch it all, it was evident from the first few minutes how it was going to pan out.

However poorly the policeman behaved, and clearly it wasn't very well, telling him to not touch the car and then gobbing off was always going to end badly.

You Tube is awash with these idiots, baiting the police so they can film it and then complain at their treatment.

I'm not defending the copper, but really, some people need to learn some manners and get a life.

Unbelievable comments, they are crown servants not royalty

I wouldn’t inform either. There is no obligation to do so and you’re doing nothing wrong.
Would they inform you if they were going to have a razz about on their trail bike, cut their lawn or fire up the chainsaw or strimmer? Of course they wouldn’t, there is no need.
It’s funny how some folk will tolerate most noises, because they use those tools too, but gunfire is special. 🙂

Like you say, once you’ve done it you’ve set a precedent.

    Exactly my thoughts

A hour, some on here would have you think the police wouldn't bother or it would take them a couple of days.

    Please read this ,

Lamara Bell, 25, was badly hurt and her boyfriend John Yuill, 28, was killed when their Renault Clio went off the M9 near Stirling on Sunday morning.

Police Scotland's Bilston Glen control room in Midlothian received a report on Sunday morning that a car had left the motorway.

But the force failed to follow the call up and and Lamara lay beside John’s body until Wednesday, when a local farmer found the wrecked Clio in a ditch by the side of the road near to junction nine.

Scottish police are fined £100,000 for failing woman, 25, who died after waiting THREE DAYS for help in wreckage of her crashed car

Youve never heard of police stations in NI being attacked, sometimes completely destroyed , during the troubles ?

A Nottingham police station was firebombed during a riot in 2011, and last year a car was driven into the front of one in Enfield.
These are just a small selection.

So you would call the police and tell them 'possible sec 38 in progress' ? You wouldnt go out and ask the person why they were doing it ?
Im not being funny, but the police dont always attend when you HAVE been robbed, so its highly unlikely theyre going to come out when a person isnt even committing a crime !

police scotland tell us not to confront anyone outside our home ,  s38  is used as a coverall  license  holders up here must get a  better service.

British army bases at home and abroad, police stations have been attacked with injury and loss of life, all of these attacks involved some kind of recon.

Is it unreasonable to challenge persons who appear, for no good reason,  to be doing just that?

Ask yourself this, if some dodgy looking scrote, stands outside your house, starts taking pictures of its interior, security, or your family, are you just going to wave and wish him good day, no, your going yo ask him what he's playing at aren't you?

Thats all news to me not  heard of attacks on police stations ,where abouts and  when,, re home , not many police station left up here that combine living quarters

with police station re my home ,possible section 38

Yes there are places you are not permitted to photograph, which is what I said in my original post.

But there are places especially in London where you are discouraged from taking photos, that doesn't mean it's against the law, you need to check each place you are going to.

True and it cost one  guy 7 hours in a cell  , up here they just use section 38  to get you moving

Nowhere have I condoned unlawful action. Just more evidence of you being unable to back up your reasoning.

have you not been told i am a fool

  14. why the need to explain my posts to someone who appears to condone unlawful actions, we as certificate holders  are expected to abide by the laws of the land or is it just a put on act at interview time:good:
