Its on a round heating element in a diy metal case. I suppose you could just use it on a single hob type ring with built in thermostat. The dropper plate is aluminium, as far as I can tell this is a proper littleton pan the rest is home made.

For sale littleton shot maker project You get what you can see in the photo, you will need to make a temperature controller or thermostat to control the heater element in the base. There are some drippers but I can not remember what size they were. Coolant tank included. I had this setup a few years ago making my lead shot for reloading, it takes some work to get running right but worth it if you can source cheap lead to feed it with. Gun cabinet Sentinel Plus 4/5 Gun & 203mm Shelf SS5+ I have used this for a few years but now I have sold my guns, it is in really nice condition I think there is only one mark on it.
