I used the dorest regularly and find they great
Always help unlike Avalon gun witch is only 8 miles away and now would used if you paid me.

Don't bother with this website.
I placed an order with them, after a while I emailed them. they said it was sent and had been signed for, the name is no one that lives near me.
I emailed them and they said they would get it looked into.
after a week i heard nothing, I have emailed twice more but now they are ignoring my emails.
my next step to report them to my credit card company to reclaim my money.
Has anyone else had dealing with them (good or bad)

as a private seller you can not sell a gun knowing it is out of proof.
if you don't have it checked you don't know.
but a dealer is different.
like many things it buyer beware.
as said before your local gunsmith should be able to check it for you.

spoke to my RFD who scrapped it free of charge
So becareful what you in the gun sale section but you can scrap it free
