Hello, I always get confused on this matter. Do I need a FAC to own a 177 Air Rifle? My answer would be no as its under 12bls. But then if I wanted to take my air rifle from my house and go and shoot on my uncles farm in devon would I need a FAC? I am just thinking what would happen if I got stopped by the police with an air gun in my boot??

Hello everyone. Excellent forum. I have just signed up today and must say one if the better forums I have been on... I just wanted to know if anyone shoots around north kent way...ie sevenoaks that sort of way. I would love to get permission to go and shoot a few rabbits etc etc..Happy to pay to shoot on anyones land...I have only got a .22 and .177. If anyone can help please reply....
