  1. How about Champion the Wonder Horse, Flashing Blade and Tales of the Riverbank ?  Also anyone remember Friday evenings in the seventies when The Wonderful World of Disney came on? There was usually some sort of wild North American animal fighting a dog in the story somewhere. Don’t make em like they used to !

  2. Poison usually takes about five plus days to kick in so more bait then necessary for a lethal dose will be eaten and taken away. If you keep the bait down after the rats are dead you’ll most probably just start killing the mice that’ll move in, which is just a waste of time and money and a danger to other creatures through secondary poisoning.

  3. I've a Mk3 doing 30ft/lb. Nothing but Bismags/Barracuda shoot consistently well. No problems with pellets falling into breach with this gun but did happen to the X2 . It was sorted with a small sleeve sent out by the factory that , if I remember right was slipped over the pellet probe and into the housing reducing the hole diameter.

  4. My mate had a knocking noise every now and then when he went round corners in his Navara. After a week of having people hanging out the window listening and going round corners slowly to recreate the noise he found the reason, a golf ball under the passenger seat. I had dropped it a while back and forgot about it !

  5. The air quality a few years ago was as bad as anywhere in the world . I did wonder about the life span of the small birds around the place. It took a day or so after leaving to get rid of the cough but hopefully things have changed abit.

  6. If it's a weekend you're there , check if they still have the market. It's bleedin huge . You can get anything from a Rolex to a fighting cock.

A lot of it is under cover and when you go passed the food stalls the smell is quite something, well it was for the other half, she had to get out before she was ill .Might of been the fish bits they were frying.

  7. If the wasps are going into one area of the bush then you've got a nest, if they are flying and landing all over it then the chances are they're feeding on insects or some sort of sap. Are the wasps walking on the ground too? If they are feeding then you're not gonna get much joy but can eleviate the problem by spraying a strong solution of washing up liquid and water on the plants. Obviously thats only any good on a small area and if you have some sort of applicator. As for wasps only stinging in defence, most but certainly not all.
