  1. Pigeon flapper and accessories brand new unused bought from shootwarehouse, comes with charger, battery, intermittent timer, it has also got just over 25 meters of wire with a remote on and off switch joined on to the flapper so you can switch it on and off and control the speed from behind the hide, this can be easy taken off if you dont want it that long. Also it is covered as you can see with no mar cammo tape which is easy to remove if you dont want it on.

There is also one Hypa flapper also brand new with 2 carbon tension bars and 2 sets of brand new spreaders for bouncers or a magnet and an extra metal stake which is high to get the flapper above the crops I will throw theses in for nothing.

I would like to sell this gear local to where I live which is Sunderland Tyne and Wear. Total cost of the flapper which only comes with the battery and 1 short metal spike is £58 then there's the speed controller and the charger which cost £34.95 I can meet you somewhere local north east, cheers.

  3. The problem isn't often payment, or even availability - people with shooting permission invariably work extremely hard to obtain and maintain it, they are not about to give it or share it with others who merely ask as a first post on an internet forum.

This section, if you take a hour of your life to read it, is full of excellent advice, hints tips and stories which will help you to secure you some of your own.

There are no two ways about it, the way you do it is knock on doors and ask. Get some 3rd party liability shooting insurance (BASC/NGO or others) and then get out there and ask some farmers.

The reason you probably got some frosty posts is this comes up so often, someone joins and with their first post asks for permission to wander about on somebody else's land with a firearm - its not going to happen like that.

Have a read, and by all means ask for any help or advice you need - everyone with permission has been through it (with some lucky **** they have land via family or friends) we know how daunting it is and how it can be very hard to come by.

    Best of luck!

Well said pin some good advise there :D

  5. New to this whole internet forum success, i have been shooting clays for about 14 months and using an air rifle 20 years. Love the sport of clays, try to shoot 2 - 3 times a week and have found it the best hobby i have ever had. Shoot mainly at Conniston near Skipton. My wife and i both shoot. Too expensive :/.

Like the forum and i hope i can contribute worth while views.

Well guys, nice to meet you, some again, others for the first time.. Anyway, James and I arrived late as we said we would but soon caught up and had a great time with you all and as usual the banter was superb, the "Indians" call did it for me! *****

Anyway the moment you've all been waiting for, the scores on the doors! I have only been given 9 score cards so here they are!

Scores were out of 90 Sporting clays.

    *** Score Person
