You should have no scope clearance problems now, with the QRW rings on top of your Picatinny adapter rail.

Hi John Your first problem is the 11mm dovetail rail on the Sako Quad action. The Leupold QRW rings are only made to fit on a Picatinny-style mounting rail. I don’t know of any QD system for an 11mm dovetail rail.
