I am puzzled by the use of Vixen and 22-250 in the same sentence. The 22-250 was produced using the medium action L579/A2 or M591 and not the small action L461/A1 or S491, usually known as the Vixen. Perhaps you could say what is stamped on the side of the action. EG L461/A1, L579/A2 or M591 or S491

Theoben Olympus .177 Made in 1996 Very nice condition. Hyedua Oiled stock, nice stock design with thumb shelf. Good blueing on the action. Match trigger, (polished Evo trigger, much nicer than std Evo) 10" barrel Screw in scope mounts before Theoben changed to 11mm dovetails (bad move). Vortex silencer end cap Uncle Mike Sling swivels I bought it from a man who used it for two weeks then his FAC came through and it stayed in the gun cabinet for 6 years. I used it from 2003 to 2005 until I got a FAC. Not much used as can be seen from the blueing on the trigger guard, with use the blueing wears off. A4 reticle Very good condition. boxed although not the original one. Scope is approx 6 years old. I have had it for a year and mounted it briefly just the once. Marks on the mount tube consistent with being used. No optical faults I am aware of. The small circular indicators on each turret that show the position of the reticle relative to its range of adjustment do not work. I asked Gregor at Mcleods of Tain if the scope needed repair, to which he said I would not bother.
