... written - a backwards written 'N' followed by what looks like two 'Ks' written back-to-back ...
I think that's a mark for Ishevsk - location of a Russian arsenal.

Bottom one is Anschutz (or a plausible clone) for T/R.

No it isn't just you. Mind you, I think you may mean an Over Shot Card. Someone was probably paid a lot of money to think up that (unnecessary) new name.
Still, they're High Fibre, so they must be good for you.

My teen years coincided with some of the very best that music had to offer and since that time the quality has never been equalled. I was lucky to have seen some of the best bands in their prime in the seventies and early eighties
This sounds badly wrong. This is borne out by the list given. Of the six, three are from the sixties, two are from 1971 & 1972 and one only is from 1979.

The other magazine looks like it's BSA - for the Supersport 5 or Century. They're supposed to be like hen's teeth, so you may have underpriced it.

does anyone know of the best way to use iron sights with wonky vision?
Aperture rearsight.

I open the browser on my phone at a certain search engine and type in ‘Tesco Willow Farm’. Lo & behold if the results don’t lay claim that ‘Willow Farm’ is an entirely ficticious place to make this range more appealing. [/size]
I knew that name rang a bell. "Willow Farm" is a ficticious place in a Genesis (proper - Peter Gabriel - Genesis) song from the seventies.

Is that a Meerkat?

That is 666 squadron, they were fighter pilots.
617 was the precision bombing outfit.
I think you may mean 266 Squadron.
In any case, I did mean 617 Squadron. Think about it.

Don't suppose you're a fan of 617 squadron are you ?

All things in moderation - including moderation.
No harm in a good blow-out now and again.

Does anyone know of any cases of injury or damage caused by the actual process of handloading, including corollary activities, e.g. storage of components, but excluding problems from using the handloads once assembled?

I've had one in 12 gauge for many years and have been very pleased with it.

Thats a bit like asking why are there so many different types of vehicle! Or even just car!
Or, more to the point, motorcycle.

It's for that particular time of the month.

Found it difficult to word the question clearly so have amended it. Naturally, Brad's answer does not reflect the question.
Unlock bolt, open bolt, close bolt and lock bolt. Four movements - standard really.
Browning straight pull : Open bolt and close bolt - we're now down to two.
Two to beat then.
Double rifle: move index finger to second trigger - we're now to one.
Or have the middle finger on the second trigger already - now down to zero.

Have you ever watched the movie "Day of the Jackal"?

Because it's not actually a sidelock, but a boxlock dressed up to look like one.

Not quite as much of a nerd as you think. They were 30mm cannon.
