I would class Sipe as heavy on your shoulder !
I would have to agree with,Matone.
Certainly when compared to the 28grm you are shooting now.I think you will find them very heavy on the shoulder.Felt recoil will vary from person to person and you will have mixed views on it because,We are all of different build, shoot different guns, gun fit comes in to play etc! etc!.So my advice would be to try a box and make your own mind up!.

There are plenty of stockist of the rc2 about. i thought you wanted a link to the makers page.
Just google RC2 Competition and it will all come up
Indeed there is mate,I know that.
It's just I didn't know they did the RC2 in a No6 shot and I am yet to find any dealer on the web who do list a No6 in the RC2.

I too cant find anything
But i can tell you a bit more about them:
There a 70mm pale blue cart, 28g No6 Shot, Recoil is mild. There very punchy and drop anything if your pointing in the right direction
I use them for: Pigeons, Crows, Rabbits, Pheasant. Really are a good cart, im going to the shop today to pick up some 7.5 shot to see how i get on with them
Ok,cheers.
My local gun shop carry a fair range of RC carts,I'll have to ask if he stocks any.I wouldn't mind giving them a go.

I have used up a slab of eley pigeon now and i have bought another slab of RC2 Comp No 6 28g, cracking cartridge and prefer it over the eley!
Hi mate.
Do you have a link for these RC2 cartridges by any chance ?.I can't seem to find anything on the web myself, not in a No6 anyway.

Nice Shooting - Well Done
Were you using a rotary or flapper or just decoys
Hi,kelly.
A small pattern of crows with a couple of peckers were set up to the left of the hide on a ploughed in field. The pigeon pattern was setup to the right of the hide (On the maize)This consisted of a rotary,5 peckers,2 floaters and around 30/40 decoys. The rotary worked a treat and to be quite honest,I think that would have been all that was needed on the day, nearly every bird wanted to land on it,or by it.

Can't think of a better way to use up my last days holiday at work.A decent bag of pigeon and a mix of the black stuff.
Myself and a mate also got a few hours in on Sunday just gone.Got under a flightline and the shooting was quite superb, possibly some of the best shooting I have had,not for numbers ( Got around 50 birds ) but for sheer quality. They were stunning high birds - No pix sorry.
Thank god for pigeons

be a little bit careful as i have heard of people who run using veg oil end up with knackered fuel pumps
And you really don't want that to happen.
Your fronty may have the Y22 engine on that year ?.You will be looking at a very large bill if you do knacker it,£1500 upwards.

Hi all.
I have a "Original mod45 in 22cal" which I am looking to part x/sell to get my young one a new rifle. The gun is in mint condition, there's not a mark on it,it's been hardly used.
Do any of you guys have any idea of how much it is worth ?,how much should I be looking to get for it ?.I don't have a clue.
Thanks in advance.

I/we may get out again this sunday ? - I'll report back if there's anything worth reporting ?
Swingit
Hi all.
Well,we did get out for a few hours.
The morning started out very good with the birds coming in well,I thought we were in for a real good bag the way it was going ( and we probably would have if we had another team or two of guns around to keep them moving )but, come 12:00 they had all but dried up!,still,a great day was had.

Hi all
It's a few hours we had a little while back and is first ever go at decoyed pigeon,to say he enjoyed himself would be a understatement. He's totally obsessed with guns/shooting and fishing ( I don't know where he gets it from ) and long may it continue.
I/we may get out again this sunday ? - I'll report back if there's anything worth reporting ?

Don't give them to much lead, as in distance in front, not the stuff solder is made from
Think Leeeeed not Led
Am I still reading in to this the wrong way ?
Is al4x suggesting you don't give a pheasant as much lead has you would a clay ?
Swingit
-
Hi al4x
They actually seem to travel slower than clays so don't over lead them.I get the first bit ( Look to travel slower than clays ) but,I'm a little confused as to what you mean by "Don't over lead them"
Would you mind eloborating a little on this.
Cheers
