  1. A big thank you to D****** for their help. Good customer service reflects on the quality of the product, thanks guys
  2. Has anyone used these on a pigeon magnet. Just got mine today and tried them in the garden and cannot get them to rotate there wings, with my magnet going on full. Do they need a bit of wind as well, as there was just a light breeze. With thanks Bob
  3. I am looking for a 3, (2+1)shot. Winchester model 9410. There where a few types of these, and since production stopped in 2006 they seem hard to find new, so second hand will do. Even if you know someone that may sale, please let me know. FOUND ONE THANKS FOR THE TIP OFF MIMI
  4. Can anyone piont me in the right direction as to where i could buy one of these. Production stopped in 2006, and although a new factory opening in Japan, this model may be some time to go back into production. So in the mean time any about let me know. With thanks Bob
  5. Due to my son thinking he is a bit of a Rambo with the .410 and getting through carts like it's a auto instead of a bolt action. I have been trying to do my own reloads, I know there is not much of a saving, but have managed to get all the kit very cheaply. Now I am trying to reload .410 brass so no crimping, I have tried mastik but was wondering if anyone else has gone down this road, and would like any help or information at all. With thanks Bob.

Thanks for that reply arjimlad. Will go ahead I think with the deal, as they have now offered more money belt and safe. Will tell the boss (she that must be in charge) that you have to have two, and get a o/u as well. 1x clay 1x field,

Anyone, please. Any info would help. Thanks Bob.
  9. Hi all. Very new to the shot gun world. Just feel it's time to branch out. I have some shoots for airgun, and am just waiting for my cert to come through the post. Not being to sure of values and such, but I've been offered a SKB 200E 12g 2 3/4 28inch sbs. plus a little money for a s410 .22 with a good scope and all the brass bits bolt trigger and guard. Now the shotty has a fare few scratches on the wood work, blueing is good, and well within proof, no pitting and is tight. Am i doing the right thing. In the U.S. they seem to have a good value, Jap gun made for the U.S. it would seem. Any info on U.K. value would help. Thanks in advance.
  10. Test to date 35yrd rabbit head shot with a .177, clean hole right through, and the exit hole was a lot bigger. Up the club today with a gusting wind, could hit the golf balls at 55yards about 3 in 5. Now, out of all the pointed pellets I've tried, and hollowed, these are imho one of the the better ones at 12ftlb. But due to the cost of them I can't see me getting any more. I'll stick with the JSB's domes. In short not a gimmic but far too over the top in cost to be taken seriously.
  11. Ok. So the comics show the latest polymer pellet, look great, so take out a small bank loan to buy 200 of each, .177 .22. Now we include p+p and we have now got a bill of £23 for 400 pellets . These better be good. First the .22, load up mag for S410...... no their too long so mag will not rotate . So into the Daystate Harrier, good group at 35yrds, well good enough, but do preferred a multi shot when after the bunnies. Pellet looks the part Right onto the .177, these fit in the mag so, bit happier. Must say have been using .177 more for hunting as of late, zero and check group at 35yrds, ok, off we go hunting. First shot, on target, but heard the pellet hit an old shed some 10yrds behind rabbit. Job done but straight threw head and still going, tidy small hole both sides. Go back to jsb .177 same distance shot same result really except exit hole bigger and no noise of shed being hit. I know this is not a accurate test and it is only my opinion, but for the same money I could of got a lot more pellets to do the same job, maybe it's a fac thing, but what would you shot in .177 with fac with these pellets. Anyone else had a go on these. Those at the Dover Deal club can try out this Sunday, or take a look see if you like.
  12. Shoot through the hole of the wifes/girlfriends best cd, good pressure shot
  13. Had the same on my .177 s410 so just sprayed some dry lube n it and bobs your mothers brother.
