Hubby said I need to get better b4 going out on pigeons, said need to be able to hit them right, wouldn't be nice not to hit it properly and it be in pain, did hit a pigeon once but only winged it looking forward to going out rabbiting with him once he gets his firearm certificate. Have been out lamping with him but no rabbits about at the times we go out, I'm looking forward to watching him skin one !! have watched a load of clips on youtube of a rabbit being skinned. Hoping the weather going to be okay next weekend so I can go out shooting again!!!!

Hi everyone I started shooting with hubby couple of weeks ago, I only went along for the crack to see what he finds so fascinating about shooting !!!, boy was I shocked at how much I enjoyed it !!! On my first ever go at clay shooting I managed to hit 8/25 clays..... I was so chuffed with myself. We went again last weekend and I managed to hit 9/25... and one of those was with both eyes shut !!!... I shut one eye, then for some reason shut the other eye as well and still managed to hit the clay.... was I surprised and pleased. Didn't think I was going to enjoy shooting but I am well into it, I watch dvds about shooting with hubby and do want to be able to go for my own shotgun licence in the not so distant future. Look so forward to when we can next go out shooting. Hoping that with each time we go out I will get better and better
