  1. I had exactly the same from a local Aldi car park issued by a company called Parking Eye. The advice to ignore the letters is good, companies like these are just thieving con men trying to con extortionate fees from motorists.

  2. One of the best ways to get a young terrier started is take him along and see the others work and keep him on a lead. Once he see's them working and gets exited just let him go he,ll soon get the hang of things

  3. I would just like to point out that I have no religeous feeling whatsover either way I,m just following what my eyes and heart tell me as a fed up member of the public who is sick and tired of scum being welcomed as hero,s. Poor bloody **** their organisation killed havn't got the same options.

  4. I totally disagree with him shaking hands as I am not convinced he and his rat like mate Adams were ever genuine in their intentions or is this just another change in threir tactics, for a kick off despite all the millions spent in investigating bloody sunday in my opinion mr McGuiness' role that day was never fully disclosed, let's be honest would anyone buy a car from either of them? they look exactly what they are - manipulating shysters!!!!

    rant over

  5. Thanks for that ive heard people introduce them at 12 weeks!

Hi the best way to enter the dog to rats is wait until the dog at least has his adult teeth. I personnally would wait until the dog is 12 months old as the rat is a formidable quarry well capable of inflicting serious damage to a terrier and spoiling it. Don,t forget the dog needs to develop all his muscles etc before working. More potentially good dogs are ruined by seeing quarry too soon. Once the dog is ready try and get it out ratting with another experienced terrier and it will soon get exited and be raring to go.

Please for the dog's sake under no circumstances even contemplate entering it to rat at 12 weeks old.

The other thing to remember is that Border terriers can be late to enter to quarry because of their steady nature. Never try and force the dog if at first it doesn,t want to know leave it and try again in a couple of months.

Tasco Euroclass 3-9x42 30mm for sale. Duplex reticle

I have the above for sale in vgc. Slight mount marks but no crimping, superb jap optics. Nice set of mounts and flip ups included.

Everyone knows the quality of these scopes, only selling as I am looking for a good quality scope suitable for long range target shooting with air rifle, (mil dot or similar)

£125 or would consider swap for right scope

  7. I have a lovely condition HW95 for sale in .177. The metalwork and stock are first class (Iwould say 98% and 98%). The gun has been very lightly used and also tuned for smoothness and consistancy by a skilled gunsmith. Power is round 11.2 with superdomes. There is a nice Leaper 3-9x40 mildot scope with it and a gunbag. Gun is collection only for now from Middlesbrough although I am more than willing to meet halfway within reason. £225

LATE FLASH! I will be travelling to Glasgow on saturday 2/10/ so could meet on the way if this helps anyone?

  8. For sale a Daystate Harrier X in .177. This gun has seen light use and comes in it,s original box. There are 2 mags and 2 single shot trays including one of Westy,s single shot stepped trays (bbs) It has a nice brass bolt and trigger guard and also an adjustable butt pad. All the original daystate items are with the gun too. It is in excellent condtion with the odd minor stock ding as can be seen I would class woodwork as 95%. It has the lovely walnut thumbhole stock. The metalwork is excellent I would class 98%. It has recently undergone a full service and shoots superbly with JSB's.

For now it,s collection only from the north east, although I am willing to travel a reasonable distance to meet half way.

    Price drop to £350

  9. here's to a speedy recovery.

Here here. I have had need of the NHS in the past after coming off my bike and having an argument with the A!. Needless to say I lost big time. It is true to say they saved my life and for that I will be forever grateful. I noticed on another not too distantly related forum someone appeared to be knocking the NHS because they had to wait in the dentists!!! Wish that was all we ever had to worry about.

There got it off my chest now :good:

  10. Why are people moaning about how their taxes are used? We live in this country, and we vote for the people who run it (dont start about how you didnt vote LibDem :good: ). There are some great failings in the world, and people loose hope very easily. Im more than happy to have the Pope over here if it gives people some inner peace. In modern times, there a few things left for us to believe in. Most religions have been corroded to the point where they are nearly extinct, yet we still promote this. Even if YOU dont believe in what is up stairs, why knock the ones who do. So a tiny percent of your taxes have been used to pay the bill for this (less than 1p per person), are you really going to loose sleep over it? If the people who went out today to watch the Pope pass by have had a nice day, good for them. :good:

As an ex police officer and a father of children I object to my taxes being used to fund a visit by someone who , in my view, should have been locked up for conspiracy as soon as he landed on these shores, for covering up for priests in the past !!!!
