Hi there, I have changed all of the seals inside my Rapid recently with a correct seal kit from Theoben and also the flat hard plastic like seal on the top of my bottle and it still continues to leak, I'm an engineer for Rolls Royce as a maintenance engineer so am familiar with engineering tasks and fitting seals ect..... I've seen mentioned that a bottle adapter with a delrin washer installed solves this, as supplied to another member in this post by a member called "BLACK GUN" do you make these or are they an actual part that can be brought? From what your saying, it doesn't sound to me like the guns stiff to hinge open (as in to load/unload) but from your description sounded more like the top lever is tight that physically breaks the action. If this is the case then take the gun back to the shop, I had this with a brand new Miroku MK38 that I thought would wear in and a year and 1000's of shells through it later it never did!! It's probably more likely to be that there's a burr on the bight within the guns action, the bottom plate that slides into the recess on the barrels is probably very tight, this can sometimes be cured with a light stone being passed across edges/surfaces but why should you have to do this on new guns, hope this helps!! :-)

No problem mate, it's a **** position to be in as the gun cost me £1400 less than 12 months ago and shoots fantastically, but started doing more game shooting and just like an o/u for claying but can't afford the o/u I want without selling the Beretta so it's one or the other. Unless I come into some money or someone wants to sell mr a nice B525 or MK38 for about £300 then it's gona have to go! :-( cheers anyway.

Basically I want a decent over and under, I have use of a B525 Advance but it's nice to have your own, really don't want to get rid of my Xtrema 2 as it's an ace piece of kit, but just need cash to fund a O/U. ;-))

Possibly, not 100% as I've found a gun I want, but either a Miroku MK38 Sporter, Browning B525 or maybe a Beretta Silver Pigeon. Cheers

I've got a A302 and mines different to this, mine has a unscrewable collar on the end of the barrel that holds the choke into the barrel, they are excellent guns though, and a decent price for the quality of the equipment you'd get for your money. Good luck with the sale. ;-))

Hi Guys, it's menselling the gun so PM for any more details, I've dropped price to £1000 as that's what the 3 local gun shops in Derby have offered men for it and would rather someone else have the pleasure from it for that price than paying dealers markup profit on top. Cycles everything, even 21g!! Please not time wasters, had 3 already asking me if it take £500 :-( cheers

Hi all, newbie to pigeon watch but been shooting for a few years now. Looking to get some decent permission sorted ready for the shooting to pick up on some cut corn or rape soon, if anyone can help me out or kindly advise me of somewhere I may be able to shoot or get permission then i will be eternally grateful, Going to have a travel round over the next couple of weeks to visit the 30 localish farms around Alvaston, Melbourne, Shardlow, Chello and Aston?Weston to see if I can get permission anywhere, If I get a yes and its reasonably free for me to go on, then Im happy to take people with me, (Farmers ok permitting) but Il keep you all posted and If i sort anything, then may be able to give a few other people who may be new to the sport/struggling for permission a start at there new pass time/hobbie, Got a bit of permission already, but theres a syndicate on there so very limited as to where i can go and who can come on with me, but been relying on other people taking me which isnt always great if you want to go on your day off and there working/busy so wish me luck!!
