Well its not just that i just dont want to let people down and it turn into a rubbish weekend with like 50 stands. I have around two hundred retailiers say its too late this year but there all saying about 2013

Dont think i have enough interest this year to organize this event. On the other hand alot of suppliers are talking about coming long next year. Ronnie sunshines being one of them! Whats everyones thoughts on next year?

Hi Guys, I went out shooting the other night and managed to bag to bunnys! only problem was though that they were covered in fleas. They still ok to skin and keep for the pot?

Hi, Im currently in the process of organizing a game fair in August at Menheniot Cornwall and was wondering if anyone on here has a food van or stand they can provide for the event? I dont want your normal greesy burgers etc. It would be good if its all Game ie rabbit, pigeon, venison etc etc. Pm me if you can provide anything. cheers Dean

UPDATE!!! we have now secured a clay pigeon competition for the Cornwall game fair event at Menheniot and www.bushcraftstore.co.uk. Im more then likely going to organize the event for the weekend of the 25th & 26th August. admission fee for the two days will be £18

JUST TO LET EVERYONE KNOW THAT IS INTERESTED IN COMING I HAVE MORE THEN LIKELY SECURED CAMPING GROUND FOR THE EVENT WHICH IS LITERALLY 5 MINS WALK AWAY!!! happy days

There is a possibility but something I have not discussed with the owner of the land, Mind you saying that literally five mins away there is a campsite which Im sure i could negotiate a price for if enough people wish to camp over the two nights.

Just to keep everyone updated on progress so far! I have emailed all the local gunsmiths and hunting suppliers in the area and Im now just waiting for a response from them. Also I have been in contact with the well known Ronnie Sunshines retailer and asked if they would like to attend the show. amongst other things I have a possible lead on a falconry display, archery display, medieval re-enactment, Lurcher & Ferret show, gun re-blueing. Im now also in contact with some people that specialize in bushcraft courses. The event providing all goes well and i get enough response will be mid August.
