  1. So am I, sometimes you can’t give stuff away, its a good solid cab, I bought it from a friend and paid £75 for it, but nothing surprises me these days.

I might just put some shelves in and keep it in the garage.

  4. Well, on Thursday I posted a Coldsteel SRK clearly marked as a knife, collected by Royal Mail and sent age verified, it arrived today no problem.

I mean, define ‘hunting’ knife, or ‘bowie’ knife, define ‘fighting’ knife or ‘bushcraft’ knife, its in the eye of the beholder, an SRK is arguably all these things. Its just another knee-jerk poorly thought through mess.

    Just my personal opinion!

Normally I buy online also so is easy but last week and week before where very busy and had draw some cash out and as that’s at post office did the postage there

Yes, know what you mean, next time take a pic of the receipt straight away, then you're covered.

  6. As above! I received a knife today through the post by Royal Mail, I rand the sender to ask how they did it and they informed me that Royal Mail had backed down on their plan to ban anything with a blade from the post. Excellent news. Although they now ask detailed questions about the knife, so nothing illegal to own etc, otherwise, as you were!
