HEAD OR NOTHING

Hi everyone , I hunt a lot and one of my favourite quarry is squirrel I eat them and for that you need quite a lot to feed 2/3 men. Walking around on ageneral hunt getting woodies,conies and the occasional squirrel is not porductive enough. Any techniques on getting large quantities ? thanks

Will a bipod work on a bsa comet (springer) i will always ahoot with it so if i zero the rifle to a range with a bipod attached then would it be accurate ?

Its a springer so surely cant use bipod ?

Hi everyone Got a mate coming down to the coutnry this weekend to do some shooting and fishing But he hasnt really shot before so obviouslly not going to get him going at live quarry this weekend unless he is like naturully gifted but i have a Weirauch 35 that he can use. Its quite heavy so what would a good rest be that wouldnt have too much effect on the zero when being shot without the rest afterwards ? (i.e something soft ) any help thanked its a springer by the way

thanks for help just scared about over-penetreation (using bisley pest controls, that okay ?) also how much does it take to knock a scope off zero becasue when im stalking scared as i crawl im knocking it further and further off ?

Hi been shooting 4 a yar now had plenty of quarry etc etc but got a couple of q's 1) can u use a bipod for springer shooting if u useit all the time ? 2) is my .177 BSA Comet defientely gd enough for hunting & and wat maximum range ? 3) wat is the best pellet?

I my self am a strong believer in our great sport being about our own skill and that enjoment always comes over the size of the gamebag. But when flicking through an edition of shooting sports i come upon the Bushnell Yardage Pro This scope takes the range ;calculates your new point of impact and moves the scope reticle to your new poi.No skill required.No aiming off all computerised. How can somone with the best scope and the best rifle fell a sense of achievement when this scope does all the work. Now I know there is trigger control,breathing technique allowing for recoil etc etc.But I think this scope takes a key skill out of the sport. For military and police or commercial pest control I can see it has a place and it is great we have this advance in scope technology but for a sporting purpose.I think not? What about u?

Just brought a silicon gun cloth ,NApier Vp90 super shield, NApier Vp90 Sachet What do I do to rejuvenate the silcon gun cun cloth.

I've got these little rust marks spotted on my air rifles barrel will it affect my accuracy or badly damage rifle I wipe it off every time before it goes in the gunbag? Anyway anyone know of any products to stop corrosion and keep the gun in ship shape anywy ordered a bisley lubricated cloth to wipe it down after will putting some gun tape on the barrel or something like that damage it because it will be usefull for hunting too Thaks bye

Hey HAve ordered the wrong scope of uttings Meant to order the 3-9x40 mil dot saphire from AGS but instead ordered the sport HD 3-9x40 MAP.It was working a treat and then brought a laser and found it works better with milldot scopes.Has only been used for a week no scratches or anything . How abou it will accept 50 quid (was 55) or another scope Pleeees Bye

BSA comet definetly amazingly light full power with BSA SAS silencer a whisper accurate that i can hit a 50p at 30 yds 9/10 Wat does evryone else think of it?

Oah know i shoot with my Logun S-16 all the time just never had a springer
