  1. Afternoon everybody due to ongoing back problems I’m really struggling with my 12 bore shotguns even the autos are to much, so when we are allowed out again I’m going to treat myself to a .410 but I’m unsure what to get either an over and under or the mossberg pump action was just wondering what other people’s opinions are.

    thanks .

  2. I'm trying to condense my gear in to less bags so I'm not trying to carry more than I need was wondering what you guys use to carry your hide poles and gun is there a bag I could get it all in

  3. Evening guys this question has probably been asked a thousand times but what decoys do you all use ? I've been using full body plastics for a long time but I'm finding them very bulky and awkward as I'm struggling with a back injury was wondering what is out there .

    Thanks in advance .ray.

  4. evening everybody was just wondering if anybody knows where I can batterys for my mk3 ferret collars had two lots from ebay both the wrong size my local Tesco doesn't do them and told me they don't exist.

    cheers .ray.

  5. evening all just wondering if any of you guys are in to you landrovers iv got a bit of a problem with my 90 its using silly amounts of fuel, now my turbo use to kick in as the revs got a bit higher now the turbo is whisteling right from when I pull away, has anybody got any ideas on what it could be ??

    thanks in advance.

  6. I'm not sure how a CZ rimfire actually got that heavy, ( perhaps a bit of oil is required  )!

Trigger pressure is not creep or break but 6.5lb is way to heavy for me in the field, all my rimfires do/have run between 1.25 and 2lb, that works for my requirements!

thats what im getting at 6.5lb is to heavy for me wanted to know if it would help getting a kit.the gun is cleaned regulary and oiled dont know how it came to be that heavy but it is like i said in the origanal post would it make it lighter

i have never altered a CZ trigger and i have had a few, the triggers wear in to perfect fit and feel. My feelings are novice gun fiddlers and the likes should leave trigger work well alone. A person of experiance with the correct skills can alter any trigger without a kit

im not a novice gun fiddler despite this i would have it fitted by a gunsmith
  7. alright boys calm down it was just a qestion, thankyou for the posative and negative feedback iv put around 6000 rounds through this gun now and having the trigger wieght tested it was six and a half pounds which the gunsmith said was a bit on the heavy side and three pound would be safe to hunt with.

having just looked through a beretta user manual thinking of what was said about the bump test it says in there that a few shaps taps on the stock would determin if a trigger is safe .

  8. just wonderd if any of you lads use a cz .22 rimfire iv een looking at getting a trigger kit from rimfire magic to make the trigger pull lighter and crisper but was wondering if i could adjust the trigger that is on it ?

  9. iv got a 12 bore side by side iv found the date mark and on the chart it says 1951. its made in belgium but there is no makers name on it does anybody know of a website where i could find this out with the serial number

  10. just thought id ask to see if you guys can help iv got a 1993 land rover defender 90,the thing is i dont know when the cambelt was changed when i had a look under the bonnet i notice the cover in front of the belt has a gasket which has made me wonder if it has chains or a belt because chains run in oil it would need a gasket.

any advise would help cheers guys
