Hi all, I was recently looking to give my theoben fenman a good service and make sure it was performing to its best for years to come, It was quickly clear that that the O ring sets are few and far between, and the few that are about people are asking silly money, After stripping the rifle Luckily mine were in good condition so I sent them to DMR seals Sheffield to get them to replicated for future servicing, I was pleased to hear there all standard off the shelf sizes, so I got 5 sets ! ( not for sale😊 ) cost me £12 delivered, As for the piston seal John knibbs had them in stock, there going up in price now though so get them while you can ! Happy hunting

The obvious choices are AA Tx200 / Hw97 both beautifully made guns, I really enjoy hunting with my late Theoben Fenman such a nice piece of engineering smooth and quiet ( if you get a good one )

Well I've just been on the phone to 'impact airguns' who have moved into Theobens old factory ...... They are not whiling to send out seals or service kits just incase they don't fit ....... Even offered to send all my old seals ect, But they will service it for £100 ? Not to happy about that 😣

Ah that doesn't sound good leftnright ? I thought there would be loads about ...... Shame looks like it's going to be tougher than I first thought ? Thanks rimfireboy il see what they can do for me !

Hi all, I've got a fenman I believe one of the later ones and I'm looking to give it a good over hall ie full service throughout, Where's best to get the replacement seal/service kit ? I've looked online but I can only find odds and ****, does anyone do a full kit for the gas ram ? Cheers

Hi Craig I would seriously consider using a 'swift stubby' after a quick demonstration at the local gun range I was sold, I could not hear the difference between it and the best all round weihrauch silencer, it's a bit shorter too ! Great silencer

Yeah i suppose your right if it still works, its mainly the bolt action needs re greasing i would make life easier to have it out ? i have looked at the rapid7ownersclub but i cant find a sighn up/ register bit ? am i missing something

Hi there ive got an early theoben mfr im wanting to give it a strip down, a late spring clean if you will, clean and polish ect because i never really have ? has anyone got a link to a good strip down guide or have done this already could use some info ? cheers
