Hello everyone, My Barbour Tarras shooting bag is for sale. It's been out with me in all conditions, so is well used, but is in good nick. I usually use it for dog training or loading up with cartridges. An extremely handy waterproof bag for just carrying stuff about in. It has got a tartan lining (good condition) to it and could not be used as a game bag unless to put another washable lining in it. It is studded to accept a liner though. It cost me £60 new, so lets say £45 (ono) posted anywhere in the UK. Any questions, please ask.

I think it's about time I started to get some shooting in before the season begins. Can anyone recommend a good shooting ground in Lincolnshire that offers tuition for newbies please. I live in Louth and was looking for something fairly local. Can anyone recommend a club please? Thanks.

Thanks for the advice guys. I have taped some tail feathers to the dummy, but like you say, it's the little 'downy' type feathers that she was spitting out. When she retrieved to hand properly she loved the fuss she got and kept wanting the pigeon again....that's why I thought I'd try one more time albeit unsuccessfully. I think the issue with her was that once she'd dropped it and the wings had flapped out, she was struggling to pick it up by the body again..she'll get the knack of it I'm sure! I'll keep putting a pigeon in the mix once a week or something like that now...I want to keep her keen!
