Hello everyone, does anyone know of a clay shoot this coming Sunday 30th in the Essex area?

We went to one over in Ongar, bit of a trek but a nice setting. It's the White Bear Gun Club, they're on the web http://www.shot-your-trap.co.uk/index.html Everyone seemed friendly and happy to chat to a newbie. Still looking for something nearer but heading to Essex Guns in Romford soon (they've been recommended) and they should know all the Clay Shoots I imagine. Cheers Chris

I'm in Leigh on Sea Den. D you mind telling me where you shoot? I've not been able to find a clay shoot closer to me than Hanningfield. It's not that far away but I wondered if there was an alternative nearer.

Thanks for the warm welcome people, I'm not sure what, if anything, I can bring to the forum but will be regularly logging in. My second lesson was rained off this morning so a bit p****d off, rebooked for next Sunday!

Nothing specific but I've been advised by several people that a beretta, a browning or a miroku would be a good place to start
