  1. help me guys I have edited the add for this sx3 on gunwatch but it has not altered on here. It should read £595
  2. Its a superb gun ,cant fault it ,but I have only ever used 17hmr or 22lr and dont really enjoy shotgun kind of hunting so already got six other guns i cant justify keeping the sx3. maybe it will be a good fit for someone else.
  3. well spotted mate its a 26 inch barrel as stated on gun watch but was unable to edit my mistake
  4. thanks for that have mounted again will try later today then take it back to dealer for check over..........three hours later, its going back even without scope cant get within a meter at 25 meters I recon its a duff barrel.
  5. Just collected my new Ruger 10/22 and some Winchester subs as well as a box of Remington subs. The first thing I did was to dismantle the stock to fit the sling studs and pull a bore snake through. Next I fitted the weaver style scope base adapter with the four screws supplied, I have checked again for tightness. I then fitted the Nikon scope previously used on a CZ 17 HMR and up to to yesterday an Air Arms 510 always spot on. Went to my permission with a large target and set up my tripod at 25 meters but could not register anything on target and kept adjusting the turret up. After 20 shots it was turned up as far as it would go and still shooting 1 meter below. Since then I have removed the scope and changed the rings around removed and replaced the stock. Any advice would be received with gratitude.Alan.
  6. rimfire magic middle spring spot on with my cz 452.
  7. Advice noted I may have to think again.possibly a 1022 or a cz 512,but are these semis accurate
  8. I am pleased with my cz but I enjoy a bit of a variation so thought the t bolt is light wight and well screwed together are you saying that its not accurate or too pricey.
  9. I already have a CZ 452 17 hmr love it but fancy the t bolt to go with a decent lamp for later in the season, and thats something else I have not tried yet.
  10. Never owned a 22 rimfire but bought a Daystate Air Ranger FAC 18 months ago and find it to heavy to haul around after 2 or 3 hours. Its a lovely gun but with a little more research could have saved a load of dosh and had a more usable weapon. Thinking along the lines of a Browning T bolt with synthetic stock. opinions on this gun would be appreciated .
  11. Thanks. great welcome feel at home already, have you a website/shop Chris at Ingleby guns you are only 3 miles away.At the moment I am looking to sell my Daystate ranger FAC or swap for a t bolt.
  12. I suppose technically I am in Teesside but I prefer Marton in Cleveland. The tossers keep changing it dont they.
