Thanks for all your replies guys. I'll be using my local agricultural machinery shop so I'll pop up there this week and see what they have on offer. I'm glad I was heading down the right path with it though. I'm going to do the course aswell. I no loads of guys that are **** hot on the saw and have no qualifications but hey, let's hope it doesn't bight them back one day.

Hi guys, recently bought myself a woodburner, so going to need a petrol chainsaw to cut the logs up. Looking to spend around £300. Anyone have any good or bad reviews? Looking at either a stihl or husky
