It was the cable that come with it from A1 decoys

How did you attach the wire to the clips I just threaded the wire to the clips and wrapped it round the screw and it set on fire , I **** myself

I tried that but the clips I had was made out of metal and was 25amp , I tested them on my 12v 7ah battery and the wires set on fire , would these be safe ?

If I am wanting to use a battery with car battery connectors how do you connect it because my wire has a spade connectors on it ? What have you used to over come this and where did you get the parts from ? Hope you can help
