Samsung Panasonic and Sony are all great TV,s
Most if not all are smart tv's these days
In the 55 inch category the Samsung 55h6400 is a great TV especially if watching blu Ray
I have a small living room 4metre x 4 metre and my 55 inch is wall mounted I moved from a 46 to a 55 and because of the thin bezel not much difference in physical size as with most tv's these days not a lot of difference in picture quality between them it is as much about looks when you go that big , switched of mine is just a black slab on the wall , not the prettiest thing to look at but when on wow !
Big TV short viewing distance is where 4k comes into its own ( more pixels = finer picture ) also up to date as well
Hope this helps

Look forward to this re opening. Learnt to shoot there in the early eighties
Then it was run by the Americans only had skeet and down the line
American beer and food was great was cheap shooting as well used to bunk of work to go
It was still a good place to up until the fire if a little pricey / unfriendly
Good luck with the venture. I am sure you will do well

Almost right but not quite , not bad for a non beretta owner though ,
But the stub pins screw in from the outside only the hex driver is on the inside the raised polished dome is integral to these pins
Hence the idea of replacing them with standard size ( if that is what is fitted)

Hi
Can any of you knowledgeable gentlemen / ladies tell me me the standard diameter of said hinge pin
And also know of where I can get replacements from
The chrome has become slightly scratched due the my gun slip and I don't think it will polish out
Many thanks

When you compress air it heats up and expands it is how a jet engine works
By keeping it cool in a tank of water you can actually fill to the required pressure with the full amount

Would you sell the bottle separately ?

Hi all and thanks for your ideas
I shall remove scope ,silencer and stock tomorrow clan barrel mount in a fixture and see how it shoots
Before reassembling silencer first then scope to see if any changes occur it will give me something to do
Checking alignment would be easy at work but not back in till the 5th
Whilst in bits I will recrown the barrel as well
I don't mind making bits for it. It sort of personalises my gun
Anything I make that's good usually gets made in numbers and sold
Carbon shrouds silencers in carbon and ally etc
The r10 is a good looking gun but was built to a price and some parts are disappointing on it from a quality point of view
But in all fairness on the whole it does do what it is supposed too
I do have a nice straight edge suitable for checking barrel to reciever alignment and that will be interesting
Without your inputs I wouldn't of thought of a lot of things to check I seem to be in holiday mode and need to get my brain in gear
Hopefully I can get some photos up of it and the bits I have made for your comments
Thanks again

Oh and 1066 you are so right at the moment I have a solution to a problem but have not actually fixed the problem itself !

Thanks for all your replies it certainly gave me something to think about
My gun shoots off by 6' inches at 25 yards doing the maths with trig that's about a quarter of a degree not a bad tolerance for a mas s produced gun
My scope is now aligned on the same angle as the trajectory of the pellet so different distances should not make a difference
If I had used mounts that were straight and adjusted the scope in the usual way then I think I would have problems at differing ranges due to the misalignment of scope and barrel
Well that's my theory behind it but like a lot of times my theory and practice don't always work out
Though I am having a lot of fun learning along the way
Happy new year to PW Members and thanks for taking the time too look in and comment

I have a pair of rhino ported chokes in 1/2 and 1/2 flavour surpluss to requirements
These chokes are in excellent used condition with no discernible damage
In competition use I have found these chokes to be simply amazing and cover almost all my needs
I have not shot a competition for 18 months so these are no longer needed for the occasional Sunday shoot
I am looking for £120 for the pair delivered
Thanks for looking

The moderator is of my own design and making its not clipping and I've not had chance to try it without as my neighbours
Are of the type to call the law at the first sound of a muzzle crack
The pellets I was given and are AA fields my preferred ammo is Accupels so that is something I could try
Cleaning I hadn't thought about that so that is defiantly on the books to do
As for power I too don't think it's down I use an internal door for my backstop with carpet behind it to arrest the pellet and at 25 yards its passing cleanly through the door
Roughly how far are most people out with there first shot when setting up a scope ?
Thanks for your help tand ideas to try
Best regards

Hi Gordon
The not so good stock is useable and not in bad Nick really
It's just getting in my way
The other stock cost me £450 and is gorgeous but the one fitted to the gun is just as good but has been joined at some time
Originally it annoyed me but now I can live with so have put the good one up for sale
I have done quite a few adjustable stocks in my time based on the graco system and my 682 has the factory fitted option but at the end of the day I preferr an unadulterated stock I think they looks so much better
